How important is a showroom when choosing window treatments?

 I have been in the custom window treatment business for 17 years. For the last 5 years, I have owned my own private window treatment and flooring company. I bring the store to the customer's home or office space. I carry hand samples and pictures to help guide them through the selection process. I have always had the feeling where better to decorate your home or office space than actually in it. Would you buy from a place without a physical showroom? Maybe an online showroom would also help?
